  • Returns & Warranty

    If you need to return a SwiftNet system:

    1. Contact Us – Request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back.

    2. Ship the Unit – Customers pay for return shipping. Please pack securely.

    3. Inspection & Refund – If unused, we’ll refund your purchase price minus $40 for the original shipping & handling. Used or damaged units may not qualify for a full refund.

    If your unit is defective, it will be handled as a warranty claim, and we’ll work with you to repair or replace it.
