With sixteen years of experience as a lead engineer and manager for large-scale medical device companies, Guy has consistently delivered exceptional results in complex, high-stakes environments. His success is further exemplified by his seven years of leadership as a business manager for a wholly owned North American subsidiary of a renowned European medical device company, where he effectively guided strategic initiatives and ensured robust business growth.
A recognized thought leader, Guy has also served as a lead college instructor in Composites Manufacturing Technology and CATIA V5-R21, shaping the next generation of engineers. His technical prowess is underscored by the award of seven U.S. design patents, reflecting his innovative contributions to the field.
